my brother has been sent a solicitors (gladstone solicitors) letter regarding parking fines for a private car park through euro parking services limited, he is currently traveling and isn't coming back any time soon just wanting some advise as to what to do next?

foward his address to them , by both registered and by 1st class with proof of posting , the nasty company will attempt a default CCJ , but if you have proof that you gave them a "servisable" address they are stumped

No, he hasn't.
He is being scammed by a debt collector with fake invoices for parking charges, which nonetheless must NOT be ignored.

Private parking scumpanies cannot issue FINES.

Keep a weather eye on this for bro. while he's away - for up to 6 years:-)! Scumpanies try and pull fast ones, sneaky ccj's etc.

Registered Post no longer exists. It is now 'Confirmed Delivery', BUT you do not want to use it for your brother. A scumpany can refuse to sign for it.

Any 1st class Posted letter is legally deemed delivered within 48hrs. Obtain and retain a FREE CERTIFICATE OF POSTING over the P.O. counter at this time.

Absolutely get proof of sending them his address for service (abroad) and keep that proof. The next thing will be a court claim and he will need to defend this you know - or will get a CCJ - so don't leave it, give them his address for service outside of the UK and say this is his permanent place of domicile.
