Sureflap - well done!

In late 2015 I bought a sureflap catflap (electronic) and had it installed when my back door was replaced.
Last week I noticed that, while the 'top' part works the latch had failed, so it would admit any cat, not just mine.
Phoned Friday afternoon, spoke to Sureflap. They ran through a few checks, checked the serial number, and said that, as it was still under warranty, they would replace. (I had registered my purchase online).
Replacement arrived this morning!
Excellent service
