PPI with Barclays on 5 accounts

I have a PPI claim out with Barclays on 5 accounts.
I have received a letter stating that they have upheld my claim on one of the accounts but have not commented on the other 4 accounts, is this normal? How can I find out the findings or status of the other 4 accounts?

If they were all separate accounts, they will all have been treated as separate complaints. Expect letters informing you of the outcome of the other investigations shortly. That's assuming you complained about the others at the same time.0
