    I got one of those puff pastry sheets and cut it to size and filled with curried potato. It is also great for making sweet puffs such as strawberry or apple.

    Apple and cinnamon or cheese and onion. I actually love cheese and raspberry jam sandwiches but the cheddar has to be very sharp and strong flavoured :)

    When my son was away at RAF camp in the summer they had ham and cheese in eggy bread.
