Or you could always try frying an egg in it... depending on the shape of your sandwich toaster0 -

i like cheese and pickle. yummy
my fil likes egg. i've never tried it. i can imagine it all runs out before cooking but apartenly it doesn't. never tried tho.
I've got a very very old breville sandwich makre recipe book. it about 100 pages thick. u can make all sorts. even pudding's and thing's. it fantastic.
i must buy a new sandwich maker. when ours broke we used our george foreman. now that broke we have to go without.0 -

we got rid of our sandwich toaster in favour of a pannini maker, they're brilliant! Our faves are the above or put on some thin minute steaks (cooked first) and onions (add optional cheese)!0 -

I remember 35 years ago my brother used to put frozen fish fingers in the sandwich maker, I was happy with Cheese & Pickle. I will need to get another one as cheese melted in the microwave does not taste the same and the toast goes soggy.0
