No response from ECP after soft appeal

Hi all,

Helping a friend to appeal against a parking 'invoice' they received from ECP. They have already sent off a soft appeal template requesting a POPLA code but there has been no response to this.

The last response from ECP was a NTK dated 21/11/16. The soft appeal was sent off on the 27/11/16 via the online appeal. Have screenshots to back this up.

My friend has now just received a letter from DRP. What's the best way to proceed with this?

    email aos@britishparking.co.uk and attach unredacted copies of all paperwork, a bullet point timeline and complain that ECP have breached their CoP by issuing to debt collectors when they have not put it on hold pending the written appeal

    attach any evidence of the appeal , like a screenshot (or a copy or scan of the free certificate of posting if this was used) , whatever proof you have

    so all paperwork , a timeline , any proof etc

    mention any and all breaches of the CoP

    let them deal with it

    and IGNORE drp
  • complain to the BPA , but expect a reply saying that they posted it to you , funny enough just over 28 days ago ,

    and the PPC does not have to prove they posted it

    was your full address inc with the appeal ?

    Good but don't call it a 'soft appeal' to the BPA!
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    So they've played this card and apparently they rejected it on the 16th Dec. Is it still too late to appeal with popla?

    you need the popla code to appeal to popla, and its only valid for 28 days (but typically about 33 days after its issue)

    no valid popla code = no appeal route

    Yes so ignore them like we all did before POPLA existed. ECP do not do court.
