Keep the mulch away from the stem of the plant. Feed your roses regularly during their period of active growth with well-rotted manure or compost. Always add some sulphate of potash to blood and bone as it lacks potassium. Spray seaweed onto the leaves, in the afternoon, every 2 to 3 weeks.0 -
Use epsom salts. Sprinkle around the base of the roses and work gently into the soil so as not to disturb the roots. Roses can suffer from a lack of magnesium. Epsom salts prevents nutrient lock up and will give the roses a much needed magnesium boost You will notice stronger lush growth from lower down the plant and much brighter blooms!0

Yes, never used it but I hear the seaweed based ones are v good, but IMHO any general fertiser would do the job
Having said that this year I ma going to try foliar feed rose spray, just to seeNumerus non sum0
