Hi
I have just had a quote for the works below of £2,200. We are based in North London. I will provide the 2 doors and coloured paint for the walls. I would value your opinion.

Bed 1 12x13ft
Paint walls cream and Ceiling, woodwork, white inclu door, skirting and window frames
Fit new door and furniture - door etc to be supplied by client.
new dimmer light switch - flush to wall
Bed 2. 12x13
Extend period alcove cupboard side to make full wardrobe - paint white
Paint walls cream and Ceiling, woodwork, white inclu door, skirting and window frames
Fit new door and furniture - door etc to be supplied by client.
new dimmer light switch - flush to wall
Bed 3. 10x9
repair ceiling 2ft long and 8 in wide and paint white
Top landing
Fit double socket
Top bathroom
Fit new 21 tiles around wash basin splashback. Remove existing tiles of same size.
