Second Hand PC

Just replaced my PC and not sure what to do with old PC/scanner/printer, etc.

Is there a market for a second hand Dell Pentium PC or an avenue to donate to charity?

depends on the spec really. anything below say a 1ghz cpu and itll be hard to sell/give away.
freecycle is a good idea. a poor student/oap may be interested.
charity shops are not really interested in electrical goods anymore. H/S rules make it virtually impossible to make money out of em.
    Get some gorm.
