4. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize is not transferable and has no monetary value.
6. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. No purchase necessary to enter and there is no charge to enter via the website.
8. By entering this competition you indicate your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
9. In the event that you win the competition, you agree that we can name you in the media for publicity purposes.
10. Prize is a four-night stay for two in a Deluxe Villa at Baros Maldives on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner included) including return speedboat transfers from Mal! Airport.
11. Prize must be taken by 30th November, 2017.
12. Prize winners can stay between 11th May and 30th November, 2017, subject to availability.
13. Flights and UK transfers are not included.
14. Travel insurance is not included.
15. Any additional extras such as additional meals, drinks, spa treatments, mini bar, phone calls etc. will be charged to prize winner’s bill to be paid on departure.
16. Baros Maldives’ Reservations T&Cs included when the booking is made – full details to be provided to prize winner by PR company on claiming prize or available on request.
