Hi all,
Just wondering if anybody could please help. I'm looking at claiming PPI / Account cover on an old New Look Card from early 200's. The lender at the time was GE Capital. Does anybody know whom I should put the claim into please?
Thanks in advance
Nicola

Store cards normally follow the route of Santander -> Genworth
The lender has no responsibility unless their agent worked thereSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Ikano deal with New Look store card claims for PPI redress.
The Santander > FOS > Genworth route is only for store cards from the then Arcadia Group of stores (DP, Burton, TopShop, Debenhams, etc). Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
Excuse the terminology. Yes, I have statements and the original paperwork.
Thanks for the help0 -
