Seeking clarification on Section 5 .

The guidance doesn't provide any example , appearing either out-of-date or even withdrawn according to some web sites ! The notes in the right column state :
Note 5.2 – please state the
number of relatives the
person who has died had in
the relevant sections. Once
you have answered ‘Yes’ in
one of the block sections (e.g.
5.2a - 5.2c) you do not need
to go any further but you do
need to show the number.

Reading this literally it suggests entering "No" ( and number ) in each column until the first "Yes" - add a number and then stop . Is that correct ? In other words if surviving Sons and Daughters is the first Yes , no further information is required .

Apologies for seeming bit dumb :D
