Good Evening All
I need some help regarding a Postal PCN "charge" i got which is from UK CPM.
I believe that my car was reported and had a photo taken with the app i-ticket from this specific company, as when i use the reference number and my reg to look online it shows just only one picture of the right hand side of my car, there are no pictures taken of my windscreen to show my parking permit.
it says i have been issued this ticket for Unauthorised Parking, but my permit was visible in my windscreen and i have never had any issues with parking in this particular place before.
do i have to pay this?
all and any help would be appreciated.
