Humax box deleting Freesat recordings

My humax freesat box seems to be deleting recordings of its own volition. The memory isn't full, so I don't know why it's happening.

Any advice on how I can remedy this?

I imagine that in order for a definitive solution to be suggested it would be best if you tell us which box it is.
