Successfully reclaimed packaged bank account fees

Thank you, Martin, for your good advice. My husband and I used your template letter to claim from Lloyds that we were mis-sold a packaged account in order to obtain a loan back in 1998. Within four days of writing the letter we heard that we are getting 1800 pounds back after tax.
We already claimed the PPI that was added to the loan without our consent and had nearly fifteen thousand pounds back last year.
