Signal is more or less the same, but is more secure. Less people use it. It does also not have video chat0

Is it possible to download Whatsapp to a Samsung Galaxy Android phone? thank you.
Sorry, I must apologise for the others here.
This is what you actually have to do.
1. Connect the Samsung Galaxy to your PC via USB
2. Establish a connection between the two devices with HTTP FTP Bypass
3. Poke location #FFAEC
4. Open a CMD box on the PC and type in "ping 127.0.0.0 -4 -n 32000
5. Wait for General failure messages to stop
6. Type Echo Please install Whatsapp on my Samsung via USB
That is it.Please be nice to all MoneySavers. That’s the forum motto. Remember, the prime aim is to help provide info and resources. If you don’t like someone, their situation, their question or feel they’re intruding on ‘your board’ then please bite the bullet and think of the bigger issue.:)0 -

You may want to restrict the access you give the Whatsapp, e.g. to your camera, contacts, Location etc.
Now that Facebook owns it they will conjoin your accounts, I would remove your phone number from FB if you use it and use different email, avoid letting this have too much data.
You can turn on contacts while you add a chat to a new person then turn off contacts after.
If Whatsapp is ever hacked the hackers will get access to whatever you gave it access to.
We already have people able to turn on camera on devices and spying on people, a little electrical tape and a bit of tissue very effective. Please be nice to all MoneySavers. That’s the forum motto.
