  1. The competition is open to UK residents, except employees and families of British Cycling and HSBC UK or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
  2. Entrants must be 16 or over and proof of identity may be requested. Only one entry per person.
  3. The closing date for all entries is 17 March 2017 and there will be one draw made on 17 March 2017. The winner will be notified by email. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
  4. The prize is a £500 voucher at a specialist cycling store. The prize must be accepted as offered and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is not transferable and not for resale. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, British Cycling reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  5. The Promoter’s decision is binding and final. No correspondence will be entered into. An independent person will randomly select the winning entry.
  6. Winner’s name and county will be available up to 28 days after the closing date – send an SAE to: British Cycling Prize Draw, Recreation and Partnerships, British Cycling, National Cycling Centre, Stuart Street, Manchester, M11 4DQ.
  7. The name, county and photograph of the winner may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. With regards to data protection, the Promoter may use the winner’s and each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion.
  8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prizes.
  9. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  11. Entry to the prize draw constitutes permission for the Promoter to contact all entrants about other future recreational cycling programmes and services by e-mail.
  12. Entry to the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
