  • I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so desperate. If you need to talk to someone please call the samaitans - details in link

Have you seen your GP to talk about how you feel? I know you said you have no family but do you have close friends who you can turn to for some TLC & support? It sounds as is you need to have a sort & see what is what so you can make some informed choices about what is best to do.
I know its hard & debt can feel SO overwhelming at times but there are LOTS of things you can do so put the thought of suicide out of your mind. It's only money & that certainly is NOT worth leaving your daughter on her own is it? You will sort things but it will take some time and organisation and both can be hard to muster when you feel so low! People here will do all they can to help you but keep posting and keep asking! Getting benefits/tax credits is what we pay for in NO etc & is WHY you pay it - for times like this whe you need it! There is NO shame in it - if anything it's foolish not to! If you had a savings account you would use the buffer now wouldnt you? Well thats what all that NI was so claim away!!
HUge hug for you! Keep posting to let us know how you are...

Go make the cup of tea. now.

You will be ok - you hear me! you will.

Just take a deep breath look at all the replies you have, people here really do care, we know what it is like to sit down one evening and go through the post and think **** what the hell I am going to do.

this place has been a life line for me this last month.

Post your Statment of Affairs, even a dodgey one at first will give people on here how to help you and they know loads of ways to get freebies and stuff.

Just post again to let us know you are ok, I cannot stress how much this site has helped me.
