Ebookers ....HELP IS THIS CORRECT ?

Hope somone can help me
I booked with ebookers last sunday night for 4 people flights and accom in NY
My son wants to join us but was told they cannot make any changes to the booking and we have to make a seperate booking for him which works out at £1300 for the week as we have to get another room
When I rang them I was told I cannot cancel the booking ( as I wanted to get another hotel and flights so we could all travel together )or get any money back
I asked if we could just get another room and was told again non refundable and non negotiable
So we are stuck now we either go seperatly or my son is left behind
YET in their terms and conditions they say there is £25 fee for cancelling
HELP IS THIS CORRECT I CANNOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED ?/

if when booking, the terms and conditions were "non refundable" that is exactly what it is.

Flights are normally non refundable. Hotels (especially in NYC) are sold on a per room basis. So if you want a room, and a flight, book them seperately, and you may find you can get them cheaper than the £1300 that ebookers are quoting.

If you go over to the NYC thread, and give us details on the hotel / flights you have booked, i'm more than happy to search around the internet and see if i can find you a deal for the same flight and hotel, cheaper than ebookers...
