Egg isa Gone Awol

I have an egg account opened when they offered a good rate. about 5 ish years ago they contacted me & offered an extra point in interest if I invested £ 300 in internet based Egg "global titan" isa so I did.
(Obviously no records as on line)

Have written to egg 3 times asking where these funds now are & they maintain taken over by either Pru or Fidelity(Ithink) neither of which can locate the account & Egg seem pretty unbothered. They did not even reply to my 3rd letter.

Any ideas as to where these funds might be or who to complain to (FSA or Ombudsman ?)All info gratefully received.
Thanks

Did you keep a printed receipt/documentary evidence of this payment?

You cannot complain to the FSA as they do not review individual complaints. The FOS will only pass your complaint back to Egg. You have to follow a defined complaints process by registering your complaint with Egg first.

Don't they use a funds supermarket? Most of the on line banks do. I am surprised they have not answered you as I always thought their service was good. You can try Googling "global titan" and see what comes up. If it is not theirs at least you willfind out who runs this fund and how well or otherwise it is doing, although it should show the value on their site.

It's run by Merrill Lynch. If you Google for it there is a lot of info.
