Can anyone help please?
My paypal account is currently showing a pending e-cheque payment to eBay for seller fees. I've not been invoiced by eBay since November as i've not been selling on there, so I'm very confused as to what its for! The email address is support@ebay.uk Is that a legitimate email address?

It sounds legit, have you checked your ebay seller account to see if the invoice is shown in there? It could be as simple as you missed the last invoice date before Christmas and it has somehow wandered into February- although that seems unlikely.
Go and look at your ebay selling invoice and come back when you have checked that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've looked. Last invoice amount was for -0.01 on 30 Nov. I've got £18.47 in new activity not invoiced. The pending payment is £26.48. :sad:COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER0 -

If ebay say you owe them £18.47 for new activity look further on that same tab and you can open a list of the fees they are charging for - it is roughly the right amount for a shop- but I think that's probably just a co incidence.
Then just in case your account has been compromised you can also just double check that you are not showing any recent sales. However, the breakdown of those fees is what matters.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Could it be that they have not been able to collect the payment before due to the echeque failing I wonder? is there any sign of them trying to collect this previously?
If all else fails try phoning ebay.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. That definitely looks right, the only explanation is that the payment failed before. It might be worth phoning ebay and asking.
Incidentally, your insertion fees were high :
06-Feb-17 21:25:22 GMT Insertion fee £14.99 --
06-Feb-17 21:25:22 GMT Gallery Plus Fee £2.99 --
If you list anything in future there are ways of reducing those fees by starting higher, or not having a reserve of gallery plus. Your FVFs suggest the item wasn't even expensive.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
