    To play the Smile, Match & Win game: During the Promotion Period, access the Zizzi Smile, Match & Win game on the Zizzi website and confirm your email address to register. You will then be able to play the Zizzi Smile, Match & Win game. Each day you can turn over a
    maximum of 4 cards (two pairs) on your specified 5x4 card playing board unless you gain further turns (see clause 6). If you reveal a matching pair of smiles, you win a Zizzi Prize.


    Draw Prize: A 5-night holiday for 2 to Sicily. Includes return economy flights to Palermo (flights might not be direct), 5-nights in 4-star accommodation (double or twin) plus breakfast.

    Has anyone else managed to enter this yet? I tried signing in from the email address registered already from previous games but it said it had sent an activation email which I need to click on but I haven't received it. I tried twice yesterday & again today.

    It worked for me and I have entered their competitions before. I am subscribed to their emails.

    I've sent them a message on Facebook to ask them to look into the problem but I got an automated reply saying Thanks for your message!

    We're here on Facebook Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. We'll get back to you as soon as we can

    I'll let you know if I hear anything on Monday

    I too got an email them from them yesterday morning about this comp. I tried but went round in circles with supplying my email address lots of times & gave up. Tried the same thing just now & this time got an activation email & was able to enter.

    Same here. I have filled in 4 lots of forms but havent received any emails from them .
