    Thanks but that's what I've done each time & still no email. Just tried again & still nothing so best to just wait until they get back to me, hopefully they'll reply tomorrow morning

    For me, I found that it just took a very long time for the emails to come through. I asked for a resend 4 times and suddenly the next day they had all come through at once!
    2018: all-inclusive holiday to Turkey, spa break
    2019: holiday to Pisa, £1,000, Launceston Place lunch

    Zizzi got back to me today, I still hadn't received any emails so I send them my email address via facebook & they verified my address so I could play so if you can't manage to play yourselves I'd suggest contacting them either on facebook or twitter & I'm sure they'll do the same for you
