Cps midlands ltd tnc parking

Hi wondering if anyone can help me but i got a PCN from said company last year in october time, i read the appeal page on here & incorporated that into my appeal but after a while this was rejected. After not paying, ive recieved two letter from tnc parking services saying i owe £179 and i have also looking at advice ignored them. Yesterday i recieved a phone call from glasgow and an angry scottish chap asking me for my details for legal reasons, i tried to avoid this but they already had my details anyway but he asked for the sum which i refused to pay. The thing of interest is that i was parked in a customer car park and my friend was alsi given a ticket but didnt appeal & has heard nothing since, i questioned this on the phone & didn't get an answer before he said legal proceedings will start & put the phone down, what would be the best course of action now thanks

  • in this case TNC are not TNC parking , they are (as you noticed) nasty little people that are debt collectors

block the number , if you answer by mistake , whistle , then put phone down

CPS midlands is a small outfit that do self ticketing , so someone at the site you went to , did not like your custom?

read other threads regarding TNC , they are happily (for the moment) extracting the pithe out of the DVLA and BPA , and have been reported numerous times

debt collectors (TNC) cannot start court action , only the parking co , CPS don,t like court , just rely on people paying up or using debt collectors to frighten people , the £179 is a fictional number , pulled out of a hat , if they took you to court , the total figure (inc court costs) would be very close to that , however it would cost THEM £200-£300 to go thru with it ,

  • Not heard anything since from CPS or TNC until this morning when i got a text from a random number saying a doorstep collector will try and get your debt from these 2 companies but no name address etc. Had no letters at all regarding the fine court etc since this post, do you think this is just a threat to try and worry me? Thanks

Let them collect your doorstep, LOL! Desperation. Bailiffs cannot turn up (without a court hearing first) and there is no 'debt' until a case has gone to small claims (if you lost, which we very rarely ever see here).

And as long as they have your correct address, you wolud know if any court claim had been put forward. Ergo, it has not, this is scare tactics.

Block that number, or reply forbidding them to use this mobile number and to delete it from the data held.

How on earth did they get your number, did you make the mistake of phoning them a year ago? A phone number is never released by th DVLA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You can also remove their implied permission to pass over your land, thus making anything they do an act of trespass for which you can sue them.
