no sound on Acer Aspire laptop

I have 3 month old Acer Aspire ES 15 laptop which was working fine until today when suddenly the sound has gone. Running windows 10. Any advice, please?

probably a driver issue....roll back the driver in device manager......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Bet you ave accidentally muted it. One way is usually via the keyboard, he other is to look in the task bar and often there is an audio icon/mixer there. You need to check nothing is muted, that the volumes are not low, and the speakers are enabled, sound scheme is windows default and not 'no sound', but you may have a different sound card, or version of drives than me... you just have to poke around.
On mine there is a "troubleshoot sound Problems"0 -
