Lloyds pharmacy repeat prescription service - shambolic

I've used my local Lloyds pharmacy for my prescriptions since I moved about 2 years ago.
I recently had my normal 2 monthly prescription ordered. I collected it and wasn't told of any outstanding items.
I then got prescribed 4 more medications; 1 liquid, 2 tablets and an injection kit.
Sent OH to collect the prescriptions and the bag contained balance items from my original script that I wasn't told were outstanding.
Sent OH again the next day and got a bag with the two tablets in it.
Went in myself on my day off and got the liquid item but the two month supply is due to expire on 10th March (very handy). The assistant had the script for the injection but it was nowhere to be found in the shop. I was told it would be ordered and ready next day.
Next day I went in and was told it wasn't ordered as they couldn't find the original injection so decided that I'd collected it. They then said maybe someone else had collected it or it had been put in the wrong bag by accident. Either way they would need a new script from my GP and it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I told them this was unacceptable and left.
I emailed their head office who got their area manager onto the situation and they promised the prescription would be ready that evening after 4:30. Went in at 5 o'clock and it's not ready! Injection hadn't arrived or hadn't been ordered. The counter assistant was mega cheeky and implied that I'd somehow collected it even though my unfilled, unsigned script was still in his hand and not dispensed (I used to work in a pharmacy and I know what a dispensed script looks like). He then made a song and dance about not having a new script from the GP as it wasn't due to be collected until the next morning so they only had a faxed copy (which is standard practice for an emergency)
So I pointed out that my original prescription was in his hand, my GP had faxed over another prescription which should be assurance that the item was going to be reimbursed, somehow no one is concerned about the patient who has left with what could be a lethal medication in their bag, I'm not happy with the whole circus over this set of prescriptions and I'd had enough. I left the store in disgust after telling him to not bother with the prescription or any more of my prescriptions, I'd go to their competitor down the hill. I called my GP and arranged to collect the prescription from the surgery instead of them sending it to Lloyds the next day.
Then I emailed their customer service person back and explained that despite the assurances that the pharmacy were going to have my medication to me that day it hadn't happened and they hadn't even bothered calling the other Lloyds in the area to try source my medicine when it became apparent that it wasn't going to be in on time (there are 3 Lloyds pharmacies all within walking distance of each other).
I said I wasn't happy that no one has even apologised for either the short dated medication or the missing injections and that I hoped the matter would be investigated.
No one has emailed me back, not even an auto acknowledgement.
