Double default

Not sure if anyone can help but I have just found out that one of our debts had double defaulted - something about the way it was registered - we were in a dmp which ended last August as we cleared our debt. How do I go about sorting this out???

Being in a DMP doesn't remove defaults and neither does it mean that no further ones will be added. Your credit record is going to be knackered for a good few years yet as a result of the DMP so this really isn't going to make any difference if it occurred during the time you were on the DMP.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I know our credit file is going to bad what I'm saying is one of our debts has been marked as defaulted twice (dbl default) which is wrong as we only got marked as default when we set up the dmp. My mortgage broker has told me it's because of the way it was registered. We never missed a dmp payment so I'm asking if anyone has had any experience with this situation0

By the way we didn't incur any more debt after we set up with the dmp0

How exactly is it displaying on your credit files?0
