Fault on setee

Would appreciate any advice please, my daughter purchased a settee fro Harvey's which was delivered in July, all was fine until just before Chrustmas when she noticed a defect with a seem on two of the seat cushions was coming away.
In early January an advisor called from Harvey's and offered to replace the cushion covers, which was done on 14/2/17.
The colours are not an exact match and now a separate cushion has developed the same fault , Harvey's are again sending a technician in ten days, when I will be there, could you advise what my rights are and what I should expect , many thanks

You have no rights, its your daughters sofa.

Being pedantic aside, how bad is the colour match?
What outcome does your daughter want? They are probably going to offer to replace the seat cover on that cushion to.
  • All she wants is a settee that will last, she has no confidence in this happening and that further problems could happen, just a short period for faults to occur

I'd go back in time and not buy from Harveys then. How much was the sofa?
  • Three and two seater £1800
  • You can try to request that harveys replace it but ultimately it's up to them weather they refund repair or replace.
