most Lenovo are now on Android 6
I bought mine on Android 5 but it upgraded last month to Android 6 by over the air update

The first one is a Tab3, the second is a Tab 2. The Tab 3 seems to add Dolby Atmos sound, and seems to be otherwise very much the same. I'd go for the Tab 3.0
