Parked while at the gym

We have received a parking notice from TPS for parking at Wrexham central retail park showing we were 16 minutes over the two hrs allowed. We had gone to Puregym on the retail park and didn't realise there was a time restrictions on the car park. I have spoken to the gym who said we need to speak to the landowners. Puregym will provide me with an attendance log for the time I was in the gym.

Please can you advise who I would need to send my letter of appeal to?

TPS, if they have sent a postal PCN. But do not say who was driving! Read the NEWBIES thread first, and use the template appeal.

If you mean who to send your COMPLAINT to, we don't know, you will need to find out who runs the site by Googling it. Easy to find most retail parks and who runs them, from adverts & Commercial results when you search the internet, or newspaper articles.

Thanks for the advice, we received the notice addressed to the registered keeper. I will have a look at the NEWBIES thread where will I find it?
