New Balance Transfer Card accepted but low Credit Limit

Hi,
I applied for a new credit card with 0% interest on Balance Transfers. It was successful but they only gave me a 2.5k credit limit when i needed to transfer 15k.
They are going to send me the paper work out to sign. If I cancel it now will it look bad on my credit file? Should I use it just for the 2.5k?
Thanks

Transfer what you can. No point in rejecting the saving.0

The chance of your getting a card with a 15K initial credit limit is very remote. Accept what you have got and transfer what you can.0
