Travel insurance fot the over 70s

My mother is going to America this november then Canada in feb, can anyone tell me the best place to buy, it is working out expensive as she is over 70.

You may want to look into multi trip travel medical insurance. Seems to be less expensive than purchasing the insurance per trip. They only include medical and evacuation - no cancellation.

I have just renewed my policy with www.essentialtravel.co.uk and notice they insure people up to age 74. Hope this is helpful. Incidentally they offer very competitive quotes.0 -
hi paul.....generally travel insurance companies doesn't provide insurance to the senior citizens, and if your mom needs then you should go with travel insurance offered by multitrip.0

You can also use travel insurance by the company who can provide the top ups.0

Try Post Office they insured my Dad till he turned 80....also Help the Aged0
