Its not really clear how many people this is for, it says up to to 4 adults and 2 children, but then in the T&Cs it states about additional charges for children (works out about £25 per night!)
It was only posted today so hopefully they clarify the post

Terms and Conditions
1) By entering, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and further terms and conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them.
2) All entrants must be over the age of 18 on the 1st January 2017 to be eligible to enter this competition.
3) Each entrant may enter the competition only once. Multiple entries will not be permitted.
4) To enter: retweet competition tweets OR comment on facebook entry posts OR or email with your name and address to studio@sino.uk. All platforms for entry carry equal weight, with one entry per person. The competition will finish on 15th May 2017. The winner will be chosen at random for entries received.
5) In the event that we are unable to contact the winner within 48 hours of the competition closing on 15th March 2017, the prize will be offered to another entrant, who will be chosen at random from entries received.
The Prize - Further Terms and Conditions
1) The prize is 3 days and 2 nights in a 2 bed villa suitable for 4 adults and 2 children at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Golf http://vinpearl.com/en-US/Vinpearl-Resort-PhuQuoc/introduction-1043/2016/Introduction-1352 on the Island of Phu Quoc http://discoverphuquoc.com.
2) *There is a surcharge payable for children over the age of four up to twelve years of age. Children aged over twelve will count as an adult as detailed in the policy of Vinpearl resorts, cited below:
Children policy:
• Under 4 years old: Free
• From 04 years old to under 12 years old: additional surcharges: 700,000 VND/child/night, sharing a bed with parents
• From 12 years and above: charged as adults
3) Meals are included in the prize, as detailed below.
First day (dinner), From day 2 (breakfast/lunch/dinner), Last day (breakfast/lunch)
4) The check-in and check-out times that are relevant to the prize are as follows:
Check in is required after 2pm and check out before 12pm
5) A surcharge will apply for certain dates:
For public holidays usage:
• A surcharge of VND3,000,000/night/villas will be applied when using the voucher during public holidays
• Compulsory Gala dinner charges apply for 24th December and 31st December
6) Booking must be made 60 days prior to arrival to secure confirmation
7) All bookings are subject to availability
8) Changes or cancellations of bookings must be made 7 days before check-in except summer period and public holidays. A minimum of 14 days is required for summer period and 30 days for public holidays. Otherwise, the voucher will be invalid.
9) The prize will be in the form of a voucher, which is non-redeemable and non-transferable to other services. Voucher cannot be upgraded and is valid for one time usage only.
• Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
• The original voucher must be presented and collected upon check-in. If you are unable to present the original voucher upon check-in, the published rate at the time will be applied and required to be settled in full upon departure.
10) This prize is offered by Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort, who are wholly responsible for providing the prize as listed herein. The competition is managed by GBTimes Media Ltd, who accept no liability or responsibility in the event that, for any reason, Vinpearl resorts are no longer able or willing to offer the prize.
11) The prize is offered as described herein. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize.
12) The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort. This prize does not include any flights or other transport.
13) The winner will be expected to participate in marketing activities for both Vinpearl resorts and Spectrum Sino in relation to the prize.
