PIP Tribunal Hearing Experiences - Share Your Story

I'm starting a thread to gather information and to discuss PIP tribunal experiences. I'm curious how these tribunals conduct these hearings. Are some judgmental and others more understanding? I've heard some horror stories and I've also heard positive ones, too.
As I understand it, these PIP tribunal hearings have to make decisions based on the law, but I've heard of some experiences where they base their decision on personal opinions.
I'll be interested in any experience you share.

The law that they have to follow is not as you would imagine. They are entitled to come to a view and judgement based on the balance of probabilities - does one side ring more true than the other.MoneyAdvice wrote: »I'm starting a thread to gather information and to discuss PIP tribunal experiences.
