Equifax - address confusion affecting credit score
Comments
-
Equifax have said my score is poor due to all my credit agreements not tied to the flat number with all main details my ID and voting register0
-
Sounds like you shouldn't ask Equifax to give you a mortgage.0

Ok, as stated previously - forget about the score, this is a marketing tool provided by the credit reference agency.
I have a very poor score yet my bank gave me a Platinum credit card, it is statistical data based on your peers who's credit profile falls in-line with yours, basically a mortgage will not be an automated binary answer based on a scoring system, an underwriter will ultimately decide if you get it or not.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0
