Landlord building insurance

Hi, my friend and partner have a house that they rent to a business. They have to provide buildings insurance for the usual flood, fire, storm etc. etc. as the tenants only cover their own contents. My friends insurance company has stated they will insure the building but NOT cover a claim if fault of the tenants employees or their clients. The tenant has employee liability and public liability but my friend fears that this doesn't cover them if they were to do some major damage i.e. burn the place down. Her partner is telling her it's all covered by the tenants employee and public liability. I'm not so sure so any advise please. Thank you.

If damage is caused deliberately by the tenant, then I don't believe any insurance policy will cover that.
If they accidentally caused a fire... then it's a fire and covered.0
