None of the problems seem like a big deal. I'd suggest letting the dealer have a go at fixing the issues under warranty. New cars are actually pretty unreliable in reality and there's usually a few snags that need working out.
That said it doesn't sound like the dealer prepared the car very well and the problems you mention should have been picked up in the PDI.0 -

A dealer is very unlikely to give a refund on what are fairly trivial items.
Here's a case of someone who was determined to reject when the case wasn't clear - it's some time ago, but whows how it can escalate if things get legal ...
Darren Egan vs. Motor Services (Bath) Ltd (18 October 2007) is a Court of Appeal case which saw the consumer who attempted to reject his vehicle lose out dramatically.
The consumer complained that his car, a new Audi TT 3.2 litre V6, veered to the left and as such wanted to return the car to the dealer and be refunded.
Whilst an expert witness gave evidence supporting the consumers claim, the Court ruled that the vehicle was "of satisfactory quality" because the sensitivity of the car to camber was in fact normal for that type of car - the reasonable person would not consider that this would make the vehicle unsatisfactory.
This provided a useful case precedent for motor dealers as it makes clear that vehicles may have "characteristics" such as sensitivity to the camber of the road without being "of unsatisfactory quality". It may also prove to be useful case law for retailers of other consumer products.
The legal expenditure of both parties was around £100,000 and the car cost £32,300 in July 2003. This led Lord Justice Ward to exclaim: "...one or other parties to the action, if not both of them..." were "...completely cuckoo..." to have pursued the litigation when little was at stake and that the lawyers should have taken "...the firmest grip..." from the outset.0 -
A normal properly setup car shouldn't be affected by average/normal road camber. Take it to a flat car park and see if it does the same......
It almost sounds as though the steering wheel has been off as well, like some sort of work has been carried out.
I would suggest the tracking hasn't been set correctly (or it's been tampered with) and if this wasn't a new zero miles vehicle I would be checking as to whether it had been involved in any sort of accident.
As for any other minor things, they're basically normal Ford build quality, I should know. Before buying mine I checked all the reviews/etc, all said how well built they are/etc and yes on first glance it looks great, but get under the dash or remove the huge engine cover and it's a total abortion.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

BUT if the supplier don't agree to accept the rejection, saying there's no fault, then you would still have to go legal. And it's almost certainly above the threshold for small claims.0 -

Really? I had four brand new cars between 2003 and 2009 (one VW and three Mazdas) and none of them were anything but reliable.You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0 -
