Car-Previous Owner?

Can anyone shed light on this please:
I'm interested in a car and it says previous owner" black horse finance". So does this mean it was a lease car, a loan on the car, financed and company retained ownership, what?
How can I check?
Any help appreciated thanks.

Yes, likely to be a lease or PCP financed car.0

As neilmcl said. Nothing to worry about if everything else stacks up0

My last vehicle was an ex lease and it was a good car, the one before that was company owned but then the driver bought it themselves.
Same name on the service reports all the way through, that was the best car by far. In 5 years it didnt even blow a bulb.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
