CCA nonsense

Sent a CCA to Cap 1. They wrote back to say it was now with Fredrickson. CCA Fredrickson. They write back and say they are just 'data processors' and the CCA has been referred back to Cap 1.
Idiots. They keep calling and I keep telling them that all I need is my CCA. It's getting amusing now.
