They clearly have the UK address the vehicle is registered to but if they send post there it will just sit and wait, so I'll make sure I'm very clear about the address.
Other than that does the template seem up to scratch? Nothing glaringly obvious?
yup , but your USA address would be fowarded to brittania , in your statement , they would/could get into a lot of trouble if they tried for a default CCJ , having known your LAST address (usa) , I suspect a few comments about their company status , could raise a few eyebrows at popla (or not) , but once they know "you" know I suspect they will pull out of POPLa to save face0
