Hello all,
I am after a bit of advise. I currently have a PMI policy through work however I am due to change jobs and won't be continuing the cover, however I am looking for a policy to take out individually. The only problem is that I don't want to have a policy with a no claims discount as I think that defeats the object of having such a policy, however I want to chose a company that isn't going to suddenly change its rules in later years.
The two I am looking at are Freedom Elite Cover and April cover as these two companies don't seem to rate premiums on claims performance or offer a no claims discount.
has anyone any thoughts on these two companies. Cost doesn't really matter as I want a very comprehensive policy with zero excess.
Thanks in advance.

Hi there, There are a couple of things you may want to consider before you choose your provider, AXA and Aviva allow you to protect your NCD so look into that.
Freedom are a smaller company that April, but have a more personal approach than April. It is becoming the norm now for clients to switch every few years as often it can be cheaper to do so as insurers will offer you switch incentives. I get your point about long term purchase just be open to that it may be a long term purchase with a few companies of that time.0
