I disagree with car insurance decision

I was driving straight on through green lights. The car waiting in the opposite direction decided to turn right in front of me. I slammed on the brakes, swerving to my right to try and avoid him. Yes, the rear corner, because, according to OP, they were able to swerve to try to NOT hit the car at all (and they nearly made it!).
If we're to believe OP, they avoided a head on collision through the very awareness they're accused of not having.
