The letter has Gladstones' current address but it asks to make the payment to DRP and send all proposals to DRP and not Gladstones. At this point I am unsure if I should reply to the letter as it is not an LBC/LBCC. I am also unsure if I can reply on my partner's behalf whom the letter has been sent to as they are working abroad.

if that is true, then what address is actually on that letter ?

I bet its red cow yard, in which case you are mistaken

plus we have told thousands of people on here to IGNORE drp, which part of IGNORE DRP did you not understand ? seems simple enough to me (this includes not contacting them by email , ltter or phone call)

have you actually compared the letter to the examples on the BMPA website ? no ? I thought not

See this thread on why you can safely ignore debt collectors:

Yes it is Red Cow Yard (1 The Stables, Red Cow Yard, Knutsford Cheshire, WA16 6DG). I have checked the BMPA website and there is an example of the letter my partner has received on there.
Thanks for helping me identify that this is indeed just a letter from DRP posing as a solicitor.

so your reply was incorrect ?

seeing as GLADSTONES moved out months ago and are sending letters with a new golf club address some miles away !! (hence how I know its DRP using old letterheads)

in fact , some recent posts have shown a greek st , stockport address
