post a broken link. Replace 'http' with 'hxxp' then the reader will put it right in their browser

You should complain to the overall Managing Agents of the entire car park, if you can find them by asking around.

Start reading BW Legal/Excel court threads as you will need them - Lamilad's thread is a classic and he beat them twice in court.

Thought I'd keep the thread up to date. Didn't hear anything from Excel until a couple of days ago. Here's their latest response (have to post a "broken" link, if someone can repost the image it would be most appreciated):

Hopefully the image is clear enough, our scanner can't achieve any better for some reason.

Definitely something to keep a note of that's for sure!

With regards to this letter; I assume this remains on the "ignore list" unless I receive something from an official court? I checked Excel Parking out on the BMPA site, only 2% of their tickets issued have ended in a court hearing in 2017. Although we're obviously only half way through the year.

Well you could respond seeing as Excel have an email address. Costs nothing to set out your stance robustly about no keeper liability, and to laugh about the case Excel lost when a pepipoo poster appealed a bad decision this week. The appeal findings threw Excel's spurious reliance on CPS v AJH Films into the long grass:
