Oh my god, possibly one of the most frustrating experiences!
I want Equifax to remove a NOC from 2004! Has anyone ever tried calling them?! I think they must have a phone line from the 80's to india!! You can hardly hear the CS rep, then getting them to understand you is another mission!!
Experian on the other hand, called them, straight through, english speaker, no issues, NOC to be removed!!
Equifax are utterly useless!!
