Help with court defence vs Gladstones please

Hi all
I have been doing some reading here and on pepipoo but seem to be going round in circles. When I try searching "Gladstones straightforward" or "Gladstones incoherent" for a model defence it just takes me to other threads.
I have to submit my defence urgently. Although I am not a lawyer, this is the essence of what I would like to put forward:
The LBCC was not compliant with the Practice Directions
And more generally, all the paperwork has been vague and has never included anything approaching evidence that they are using for the basis of their claim.
Can anyone PLEASE signpost me to something of this effect as am going round in circles! MCOL seems to not let me log in even though I reset my password so I intend to email the defence.

Lazy Daisy has not written a model defence and she hasn't posted here for about 3 years. Stop looking for her MUCH older posts.
No link, stick 'Gladstones defence' into the 'search this forum' heading on the right, level with the 'new thread' button you hit on page one. NOT HERE ON YOUR THREAD PAGE. Choose 'show posts'. You will find defences written this week, last months, etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
