    It can't be all that hard, just unplug it, report it to the landlord or challenge the person that's doing it.

    Just having whinge won't get it sorted out, there's no one on here that can do anything about it despite all the helpful suggestions

    Of course another solution would be to plug your own extension lead in and see what happens
