Virgin media final bill

It's now been 40 days since my service ended with VM, but I've not had a final bill or a refund cheque of the £32 they owe me as confirmed over the phone a week after service ended. According to email sent refunds are sent within 35 days?
I can't seem to email them to chase up, can only contact via phone.
Anyone else experienced waiting so long for a refund?
