Tronics Direct/ DJ2GO Warning

I placed an order with Tronics Direct few days ago and having heard nothing decided to log on to their website to check my order status.
Even though they have taken the money, I get a message that the order doesn't exist and according to them I haven't placed an order in the last 24 months.
Googling the company brings up many complaints about money taken but no goods received and contact either by email or phone doesn't work.
They are also known as DJ2GO
I did use my credit card so will be able to get the money back.
