Renew drivers licence without a passport
Hi all, quick question for you...
my photo drivers licence needs renewing later this year and I have had a look on the website for renewing but it states to do it I need a passport. I dont have a passport, never needed one as I dont travel - do I really need to get a passport in order to renew my licence?
